Registration to check-in without a queue
Attendees register, confirm by RSVP email and receive a badge with their name, company, QR code and ticket ID. Scan the QR at the door and they're in.
Walk-ins fill a digital form, pay on the linked merchant card machine, and their badge is generated and printed on the spot.

Quiz stations are shuffled into a random order for each attendee, so crowds spread out across the floor instead of piling up at one booth.
Each attendee gets their own route; stations unlock one at a time as QR codes are scanned.

Design front and back badges against your actual pre-printed stock, with geometry that matches what comes out of the printer.

How redemption works
- Bulk-set up gifts by Excel import, or add them one by one
- Participants collect gifts from the event team; every redemption is recorded against the attendee
- Redemption limits per person are enforced (e.g. 1x or 2x per gift)
- QR scan at the counter flags attendees who already claimed
- Multi-gift booth shows Visited only after all its door gifts are redeemed
- Export attendee and booth summaries to Excel
